Yes, the minimum age for renting a car from our fleet is 21, with a minimum of 2 years' driving experience for regular cars, and for 'Experience' cars the minimum age is 25.

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Payment is made upon pickup of the car. For online reservations, advance payment is also possible.

To rent a vehicle, a deposit must be blocked on your credit card. The amount varies depending on the type of car and the rental period. The deposit will be automatically released when the car is returned in the same condition as when it was picked up.

If a fault occurs due to user error, liability is limited to the amount of the warranty, according to the chosen insurance package, as long as the terms of the contract and legislation are complied with. If the repair costs less than the blocked guarantee, only that amount will be retained, and the rest will be returned. Axis releases the guarantee within a maximum of two working days after return, and the bank unblocks the money within 30 days.

In the event of a technical malfunction that did not result from misuse of the machine, repairs will be carried out under the manufacturer's warranty.

In the event of an accident caused by another road user, repairs will be carried out under the insurance policy of the person who caused the accident.

The mileage limit depends on the type of insurance chosen. The rental includes, with basic insurance, 300 km/day, not exceeding 2,000 km/rental, intermediate insurance 500 km/day not exceeding 3,500 km/rental, or, for maximum insurance, unlimited mileage within Romania. If you need more kilometers, you can purchase an additional package of 500 extra km. Costs vary depending on the model chosen.
