Axis Classic Auto S.R.L. will not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties, except in cases where Axis Classic Auto S.R.L. is legally obligated to do so.
Your personal data may be transferred to partners/service providers (transport, courier, insurance, IT, etc.) who act as associated operators or persons authorized by Axis. They undertake to comply with the instructions provided by the data operator regarding the processing of personal data. This information is transmitted/stored and processed in Romania for the purpose of improving our services and responding to your requests.
7. HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR DATA?
Your personal data is collected and processed for the entire period during which you visit our website or have an account on it.
Thus, we will not retain your personal information longer than necessary for the purpose for which it is collected and only in compliance with the legal provisions in force. Furthermore, personal data will no longer be stored if you request the deletion of your account.
After deleting your account, the personal data collected will be deleted within30 days.
